With regard to employee down time, think of the days when people used to ride horses to get around. A temp also must be provided some sort of orientation, and if there is one temp after another, each one will need this orientation. You also must provide space and furnishings for a temp. What if I don’t have a computer, don’t have email, maybe even don’t have a fax, but I need a letter done – how do we do this? A great question! This is exactly our specialty. For businesses like these, we can take dictation over the phone and deliver the hardcopy to you. By appointment, we can send a representative to any location, even someplace with no electricity. Equipped with a laptop computer and a battery powered computer printer, he or she will deliver professional results on site before your very eyes! Then, “poof!” we’re gone, like the Lone Ranger! (A legendary cowboy figure who used to rescue people and then vanish before they could thank him.)
If I pay you to develop the “form” or “contract” I need, do I then take it to a copier and have multiple copies printed? Maybe I need to keep 100 copies of the contract on hand…. Also, you help with or do the entire design? If so, is this an additional charge or incorporated in how you determine your fee? We provide exactly what you need in order for you to keep your workforce deployed the way it does the most good. If you would like one hardcopy of a document that you want your people take to the copy center, that’s what you get. If, on the other hand, you “just want it taken care of”, give us the specifications of what you need and how many you would like, and the whole order will be delivered. You may use as much of “our brain” as you like as a consultant, or if you know what you want, just use our “muscle” to get it done. The pricing schedule accommodates exactly that. What if I would like to do a direct mail/marketing campaign to maybe 200+ recipients. Do you do the whole thing, from concept to doing the mailing, i.e., you input the mailing list in the computer (do I need to give you the names/addresses, or do you research and come up with the list based on the market I tell you I want to reach?), maybe develop the cover letter, do mail merge, stuff envelopes, affix stamps and mail… Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. As much of your project as you like, some of the steps, or all of the steps - - preliminary work through “turn-key”. Your contacts or ours, your letterhead or ours, we will generate the actual items, stuff the envelopes, affix the postage (by postage meter or using whatever stamp you find fashionable) and drop them off at the post office.
What if I would like a Telephone Contact List, let’s say for potential telephone solicitation. Do I have to give you the data I want in the list, or if I tell you my target market, do you research and “buy” the list and put it in a particular format for me? Does your fee include “buying” the list, or do I have to supply who goes on the list? We will use your client list, your list of markets to be targeted, or whatever other data you would like to have included. We have sources to provide such lists as needed if you do not wish to supply any data. We will research and purchase or rent lists on your behalf according to the direction we receive from you when determining your needs. We also can do the telephone work for you and provide reports and analysis of the results in a variety of formats. |
