The principal of VOAR, Jason Cohen, holds a Masters degree in Supervision and Administration from the University of Virginia’s Curry School of Education. His career experience includes business to business sales embracing both “transactional” and “relationship” philosophies. He started VOAR because every business benefits from conservation of time and from close attention to details of “image” communications. Efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness should never be forsaken as a luxury in the business world. Too often they are sacrificed because high quality work is thought to be unattainable or too expensive. VOAR provides first-rate administrative work conveniently and makes it affordable.

Virtual Office Assistance of Roanoke, LLC began as “Business Administration Support Services” in Boone, NC in 1998. The term “Virtual Assistant” hadn’t been invented yet, and the services provided were essentially the same in nature!
Our goal today, as it was then, is to provide an optimal level of administrative, sales, and marketing support to businesses that have an occasional or specialized need and that are not positioned to add more personnel. Small business people easily realize the benefit of having the productivity and output of an organization led by a highly trained, experienced administrator. Located in a “Virtual Office” equipped with the latest computers, a full complement of software titles, phones, fax, high-speed copiers, a library of over 2,000,000 graphics & photos, and the expertise to serve you effectively, VOAR fills the “I need someone to…” gap better than any other option.
Many times, even when a business already has its own clerical or administrative employees, VOAR is called upon to fulfill projects that are above and beyond a staff’s routine responsibilities.
VOAR holds itself to the highest of productivity standards. Deadlines are met and the bar is set so high that the client receives nothing short of complete satisfaction at every step of a project. At VOAR, excuses, apologies, and price concessions will never be an acceptable substitute for a job done correctly.
Certain projects and services are fulfilled by coordinating VOAR’s network of experts in related fields. |
